We are seeking a Microsoft 365 sharepoint Administrator with a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development. The ideal candidate is proficient in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), and Active Directory. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to support business users and maintain a secure, efficient Microsoft 365 environment.
Responsibilities:
- Site & Content Management: Create, configure, and manage site collections, document libraries, lists, and enterprise metadata to ensure effective content organization.
- Security & Permissions: Administer user access, assign site roles, and enforce appropriate permission structures to safeguard sensitive information.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues, resolve system concerns, and conduct end-user training on SharePoint best practices.
- Automation & Workflows: Design, develop, and maintain workflows, forms, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system monitoring, manage storage, conduct backups, apply updates, and maintain system logs to ensure platform stability.
- Governance & Compliance: Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies, manage sharing settings, and ensure compliance with organizational and IT standards.
