Job Title: Manager Expert – Technical Architect (AI)

Category: Architecture
Location: Taguig City, Philippines (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Work Schedule: Midshift to Nightshift

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI and enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems aligned with business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable AI and automation solutions
Lead technical architecture and solution design discussions
Develop and review front-end and back-end applications
Guide development teams and conduct code reviews
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support system integration, optimization, and infrastructure implementation
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide architectural guidance
Collaborate with stakeholders, governance teams, and delivery teams
Ensure compliance with SLA, Agile, DevOps, and MLOps standards
Mentor junior team members on architecture and business analysis

Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years in Technical/Solution Architecture roles
5+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI architecture and implementation
Proven experience deploying AI-driven solutions in production environments
Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, ReactTS, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, and web technologies
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and MLOps practices
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Experience leading technical projects (not necessarily people management)

Additional Requirements

Open to local and foreign candidates
Relocation and work visa support available for non-Filipino applicants
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig on a mid/night shift schedule
