Location: Taguig City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Architect – Generative AI to design and oversee technology solutions for development projects, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The role will guide development teams, ensure effective architecture implementation, and drive automation projects aligned with industry standards.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

10+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5+ years in Technical/Solution Architecture.
Minimum 5+ years in Generative AI model architecture design and implementation.
Proven experience in productionizing AI-driven solutions.
Strong experience in web technologies and enterprise application design/integration.
Experience leading AI/ML and Data Science projects.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and MLOps practices.
Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and React/TypeScript.
Strong scripting skills using Shell scripts.
Expertise in SQL and relational/NoSQL databases.
Must have experience leading projects; this is not primarily a people-management role.
Open to non-Filipino candidates; work visa and relocation support will be provided.
Must not be a current or former CGI employee.
Must not have an active/recent application with CGI.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a mid-to-night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and define automation development specifications.
Design scalable technical and software architecture solutions.
Propose software improvements and optimization strategies.
Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Develop and oversee front-end and back-end solutions with appropriate testing standards.
Analyze business and technical requirements and ensure SLA compliance.
Conduct end-to-end business analysis and architectural design.
Plan technology solutions, prepare estimates, and develop proposals.
Communicate technical requirements to software development teams.
Evaluate software/hardware solutions and recommend appropriate integration methods.
Own and oversee assigned programs through successful project delivery.
Resolve technical issues and ensure agreed architecture and infrastructure are implemented.
Work with governance teams to communicate project updates, risks, and issues.
Mentor junior team members in Business Analysis and Architectural Design.
Ensure service level targets are consistently achieved across Incident, Problem, Service Request, and Change Management.
