About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect – Generative AI to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Generative AI, Solution Architecture, and Customer Experience (CX) solutions, who can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and guide development teams through successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Generative AI and automation solutions.
Define technical architecture based on client and business requirements.
Lead architecture, code reviews, and technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and oversee both front-end and back-end solutions while ensuring best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, estimate, and deliver enterprise solutions.
Evaluate technologies, recommend architecture improvements, and ensure seamless system integration.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
Conduct business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor junior team members in business analysis and architectural design.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of experience in Technical or Solution Architecture.
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions.
Proven experience delivering production-ready AI-driven applications.
Strong background in enterprise application architecture, web technologies, and system integration.
Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML and Data Science projects.
Experience leading technical projects (project leadership required; people management is not required).
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and MLOps methodologies.
