Role Overview:

We are seeking a Manager, Pre-sales and Solutions to lead bids and opportunities in End-User Services . You will drive business development activities, ensure process compliance with CGI’s Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF), and deliver winning solutions for Service Desk/BPO opportunities .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall solution design for major Service Desk and End-User Services bids .

Drive business development, pipeline growth, and strategic pre-sales initiatives .

Manage bid activities in compliance with BEMF .

Develop compelling proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams .

Standardize bid tools, best practices, and knowledge repositories .

Support sales-to-delivery transition and ensure successful project handovers .

Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders .

Represent the organization at industry forums to strengthen market presence .

Qualifications:

College Graduate – required .

5+ years experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting organization, with focus on both sales and delivery – required .

Proven track record in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing complex IT consulting deals .

Must have pre-sales experience in Service Desk (BPO) – not technical/niche .

BEMF Training – required .

Bid experience working large bids – required .

Service Desk experience preferred .

Strong understanding of public sector challenges, procurement processes, and digital transformation trends .

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level; ability to travel as needed .

Not a job hopper – stable employment history.
