Manager, Pre-Sales & Solutions
Location: Taguig City

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Pre-Sales & Solutions to lead business development initiatives, drive strategic bid management activities, and support the delivery of innovative IT service solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in consulting, solution design, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and business growth initiatives.
Manage complex bids and proposals, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitiveness.
Design and position end-user service solutions aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies for new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a repository of bid assets, best practices, case studies, and solution frameworks.
Support seamless transition from sales to delivery by partnering with operational leaders.
Drive continuous improvement in proposal development, solution standardization, and bid efficiency.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
Participate in industry forums and professional communities to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 5 years of experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting or technology services environment.
Strong experience in bid management, strategic sales planning, and solution development.
Proven success in closing complex consulting or IT services engagements.
Experience working with service desk or end-user support solutions is an advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig and travel when required.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to large-scale bid opportunities and proposal management.
Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams across sales, delivery, and operations.
