Location: McKinley

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH
Salary: ₱120,000–₱130,000

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing automation, campaign execution, data management, lead lifecycle operations and demand-generation performance.

What You’ll Do

Build, execute and optimise automated email, paid, social and ABM campaigns.
Manage segmentation, lead scoring and nurturing journeys using Marketo or similar MAP tools.
Manage campaign tracking, QA, deployment and reporting.
Maintain Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and marketing technology platforms.
Ensure data quality, lead routing, deduplication and enrichment.
Build dashboards and analyse funnel metrics, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.
Support ABM campaigns using Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus or similar platforms.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable automation.
Develop SOPs, documentation and training materials.
Partner with Growth, Sales and Product Marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing experience, preferably B2B.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketo/MAP.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle, segmentation and nurturing.
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Exposure to ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense or Terminus.
Experience building dashboards and analysing marketing performance.
Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
