Qualifications
For Financial Tech Role At Least College Level. Must Be 18 Years Old And Above. Minimum Of 1 Year Of Customer Service Experience (preferably In A Fintech Account). Call Center Experience (minimum 1 Year) Is Required. Must Be Willing To Work Onsite With A Flexible Schedule. Recruitment Process Initial Interview Harver Assessment (Online) Mock Call Interview (Campaign-dependent) Final Interview Work Schedule & Setup: Shifting Schedules Apply. Onsite Work Setup (no Work-from-home Option). Salary & Benefits Salary Package: PHP 16,000 - PHP 27,000 (depends On Role & Campaign).
