Location: Eastwood City, QC (Hybrid)

Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an accounting/auditing firm with exposure in due diligence and mergers & acquisitions

In-depth understanding of the IT-BPS industry, with audit experience handling BPS entities or actual work experience in an IT-BPS firm

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with individuals at different levels of the organization

Roles and Responsibilities:

BPS Profitability Management:
- Oversee the overall profitability performance of Business Process Services (BPS) on a global scale.
- Coordinate and engage in discussions with various entities regarding their profitability initiatives, plans, and achievements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Conduct various FP&A activities as required by Management.
- Provide regular financial reports and recommendations to Management in alignment with business needs.

Finance Project Management:
- Assist Finance consultants in various business segments/teams.
- Act as Project Manager for various Finance projects within the organization.

Merger & Acquisitions:
- Aid in managing M&A projects globally.
- Conduct due diligence audits for various M&A projects and internal reviews/projects.
- Handle the transition and integration of acquired entities within the company.

Adhoc Deliverables:
- Manage adhoc deliverables for the team based on business needs.

Key Skills:
