Join a dynamic team where you’ll design, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Work with CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
Integrate CRM solutions with other systems and platforms.
Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Provide technical troubleshooting and application support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to project improvements.
Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong knowledge of CRM development, customization, and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other Power Platform tools.
Knowledge of CRM integrations and enterprise applications.
Experience with .NET development and SQL Server.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Important Requirements

Must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Must be willing to work onsite at one of the Manila-area locations, depending on business requirements: Taguig, BGC, Alabang, Cubao, or Mandaluyong.
Must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
