Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Location: Taguig, Philippines

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and support CRM solutions. The role will involve working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and delivering solutions that improve customer relationships and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop and customize CRM applications based on business requirements.
Work with CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
Work independently and develop SME-level expertise.
Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Customer Insights.
Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience in CRM customization and configuration.
Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience with .NET development.
Familiarity with SQL Server.
Willingness to work onsite in Taguig/Manila office locations such as Alabang, BGC, Cubao, or Mandaluyong.
Applicants must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
