Job Title: Mid SAP FICO Functional Consultant
Category: ERP/CRM/Tools
Location: Taguig City
Work set up: Taguig (3 days/week onsite)
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000
Work schedule: EMEA/Mid-shift
Headcount: 2
Non-Negotiables:
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
• Good working experience with SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis)
• Experience in support and enhancement environments
• Understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Must have experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance
• Should be amenable to work onsite in Taguig on a midshift schedule
Position Description:
We are looking for a Mid-Level SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP team. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, enhancements, and project delivery in the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The role involves close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide functional support for SAP FI/CO processes
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions
Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA)
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests
Participate in enhancements, rollouts, and implementation projects
Prepare functional specifications and support ABAP developments
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT
Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, HR, etc.)
Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Nice to Have:
* Experience with S/4HANA Finance migration or projects
* Integration experience with MM and SD
* Knowledge of tax, banking, and payment processing
* Exposure to tools like Solution Manager, Jira, or ServiceNow
* SAP FICO certification
