Position Title, Responsibility Level

Lead Assistant Manager – MIS

Salary - 45k, Location - Manila , Night shift

Graduate in any stream preferred or equivalent experience.

External candidate: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MIS/WFM.

Has people management skills. Has experienced in handling a team for 2yrs.

Basic Function

Manage a team of MIS senior executive for all GEOs and track the performance of all Analyst. Making sure that all are functional and working at their peak. Optimize and streamline processes BAU reports. Introduce new method or innovate new processes that can contribute to EXL groups and organization.

The MIS is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting performance and payroll-related data to operations and other stakeholders.

Essential Functions

   •   Assist Operations team with performance management

   •   Provides analysis for process improvement

   •   Prepare reports for Business Reviews to internal stakeholders a

Organizational Relationships

Reports To : Manager

Supervises : MIS Senior Executives for all locations

Skills

Technical Skills

   •   Advance to Expert Knowledge on MS Excel and MS Access

   •   Basic Knowledge on other MS Office Application

   •   Advance Knowledge on VBA

   •   Can write sub procedures and functions.

   •   Can create forms and command buttons with embedded scripts.

   •   Can manipulate Excel Objects.

   •   Knowledgeable in connection strings

   •   Can embed query and utilize SQL commands in Excel.

   •   Intermediate knowledge in SQL.

   •   Experienced creating a diagram in SSIS or any ETL tool equivalent is a plus.

   •   Experienced SSRS or PowerBI web development is not needed but is a plus.

   •   Conformance to policies / compliances training skills and eye for details

   •   Excellent Logic and Reasoning

   •   Good written and verbal communication Skills.

Education Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
