We are looking for an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitoring, AIOps, and DevOps technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions.
Design monitoring services for applications across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable monitoring and observability standards.
Gather business requirements and deliver cost-effective monitoring solutions.
Plan and implement software upgrades, automation, and monitoring enhancements.
Drive innovation through proof-of-concept initiatives and automation strategies.
Work closely with teams supporting Azure Monitor, Grafana, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Function Apps, Event Management, and related technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT monitoring, observability, or related technical roles.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Architecture role.
Extensive experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow ITOM and ITOM AIOps.
Strong expertise in Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, APM, Automation, PowerShell, and Ansible.
Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise monitoring solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
