We are seeking for an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to design and implement enterprise monitoring solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM Event Management integrations.

• Develop monitoring standards across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.

• Implement Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, telemetry, and APM solutions.

• Drive automation using PowerShell, Python, and DevOps tools.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, or related roles.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Architecture or Application Performance Management.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.

• Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Azure DevOps, and API Integration.

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
