HIRING: MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE – VIETNAMESE

Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: ₱39,112.60 – ₱80,159.33/month
Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives
Openings: 4
Start Date: ASAP | Target Start: September 2026

What We’re Looking For

Fluent and spontaneous in Vietnamese
Good working knowledge of English
BPO experience is NOT required
Previous Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage
Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants
Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting/night-shift schedule

Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels
Provide customer support in Vietnamese and English
Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Accurately document customer interactions
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
Build positive customer relationships through excellent service
