Multilingual Customer Support Representative – Khmer (Cambodian Language)

Work Location: Onsite – Quezon City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
(Negotiable based on experience and language proficiency)
Sign-On Bonus: PHP 20,000 + Performance Incentives
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for Khmer-speaking Customer Support Representatives who can deliver outstanding customer service while using their language skills in a dynamic global environment. Whether you're an experienced BPO professional or just starting your customer service career, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Provide professional customer support in Khmer and English via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, products, services, and general concerns.
Resolve customer issues accurately while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems and tools.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust through excellent service and effective problem-solving.
Perform other tasks as required to support business operations.

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written Khmer (Cambodian) with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally.
Able to understand complex conversations and communicate clearly in business settings.
Working knowledge of English is required, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.
Open to applicants with or without BPO/customer service experience.
Previous Collections experience is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule.
Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.
