What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer support in Khmer and English via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

• Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, products, services, and general concerns.

• Resolve customer issues accurately while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems and tools.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust through excellent service and effective problem-solving.

• Perform other tasks as required to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Khmer (Cambodian) with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally.

• Able to understand complex conversations and communicate clearly in business settings.

• Working knowledge of English is required, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

• Open to applicants with or without BPO/customer service experience.

• Previous Collections experience is an advantage but not required.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.
