*Job Title:* Multilingual Language - Cantonese

*Work Setup:* Onsite in Quezon City

*Work Schedule:* Shifting / Night shift

*Salary:* ₱52,212.67 to ₱130,114.00 _Salary negotiable_

*Bonus:* ₱20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

*Availability:* ASAP

*Heads:* 28 Hire

*Job Qualifications:*

- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience

- Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Cantonese language

- Use the language effectively in a professional environment

- Understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings

- Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English

- The primary language for customer interaction remains Cantonese

- Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required

- Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required

- Candidate must be able to work in PH and with a valid working VISA

- Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.

*Language Skills:*

- Fluent in Cantonese

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.

- Provide customer support in English and Cantonese Language

- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

- Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.

- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals.

- Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving

- Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
