About the Role

We’re looking for fluent Cantonese speakers to join our customer service team. You’ll assist customers with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns while delivering clear, professional support in Cantonese and English.

No BPO experience? You can still apply! Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required.

 What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Cantonese speaker who can communicate naturally and spontaneously in a professional setting
• Able to understand complex conversations, including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English, as training and client systems are in English
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Previous Collections experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage
• Must be able to work in the Philippines
• Filipino applicants must have the appropriate work eligibility
• Non-Filipino applicants may be considered with a valid Work Visa or Temporary Resident Visa

 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and other channels
• Provide customer support in Cantonese and English
• Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and CSAT targets
• Build customer trust through effective communication and problem-solving
