Multilingual Customer Support Specialist (Khmer)

Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

What You'll Do

- Provide outstanding customer support through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.

- Assist customers in Khmer and English with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and tools.

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and effective problem-solving.

- Support additional operational tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent in Khmer (spoken and written).

- Working knowledge of English is required, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

- Previous experience in Collections is an advantage but not required.

- Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.

- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule.
