Job Title : Multilingual Service Desk Analyst | Dutch & French (Trilingual) | Technical Support | Taguig

Job Description :

We are hiring a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Dutch and French to provide world-class IT Service Desk and Technical Support to global users. This role is ideal for candidates with strong multilingual communication skills and technical troubleshooting experience.

Applicants with Permanent Resident Visa (PRV) or Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) are preferred, although visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates.

Location: One World Square, McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Philippines

Shift: Rotational / Shifting Schedule

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 IT Service Desk support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and user access issues.
Resolve customer incidents while delivering excellent customer service.
Log, prioritize, track, and update incidents using ITSM tools.
Escalate unresolved technical issues following standard procedures.
Maintain high productivity, quality, and SLA compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Stay updated on products, tools, policies, and operational procedures.
Support work orders, service requests, and other Service Desk activities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Technical Support or IT Service Desk experience.
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Dutch and French.
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience supporting users through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig on a shifting schedule.
PRV or TRV holders are preferred; visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
