Job title: Network Engineer

Work set up:

• Hybrid: Work On-site: 3-4 Days / Remaining day(s) can be WFH (Location: Manila (Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City)

Work shift: Morning/Mid Shift
Experience: 10years+

Start date: TBD

Headcount: 1

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field

• Minimum 10 years practical experience in implementing complex Data Centre Network Infra and execution of network project infrastructure deployment involving migration of application.

• Strong expertise in Routing & Switching, Catalyst, Nexus with min 5 years of experience at expert level

• VMWare NSX & DFW hands on (min 1-2 years experience)

• Exposure to DNS and SDWAN at conceptual level

Hands on working experience on

•     Router and switches: Cisco NX-OS & IOS-XE,

•   Firewall: Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco

•     Project experience preferably in migration Network infrastructure and application flow through firewalled environment

- Demonstrate an expert understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP and Ethernet protocols

-Expert design knowledge of IP based networking architecture

-Understanding of IGP & BGP IP Routing Protocol

-Experience on configuring Cisco ACI, NX & IOS-XE platform

-Deep expertise, understanding and knowledge of Infrastructure Network and Security – Routing and Switching, Firewalls

-Strong hands-on experience on Cisco Network Hardware like Cisco NX-OS switches, IOS-XE switches, Cisco ACI, Fortinet and Juniper firewalls

• Basic knowledge on scripting language Python

• Proven experience in working on large scale project

• Planning, coordination and execution of assigned network delivery project

• Perform coordination with internal/external vendor, internal bank personnel and other stakeholder for matter relating to network delivery

• Ensure compliance on work carried out against the bank standard, process and control

• Perform documentation, knowledge transfer and handover to operation team

• Excellent communication and co-ordination skills

• Not a job hopper
