WHAT IS A CSR?

CSR = Customer Service Representative

As a CSR, you'll help customers with their questions, concerns, and requests.

Your job may involve:

Answering customer inquiries

Assisting customers with account or product concerns

Helping resolve customer issues

Providing accurate information

Making sure customers receive excellent service

If you're a good communicator, patient, friendly, and enjoy helping people, you can be a great fit for a CSR role!

WHAT IS A TSR?

TSR = Technical Support Representative

A TSR helps customers troubleshoot technical or product-related problems.

You may assist customers with:

Computers and devices

Technology products

Internet or connectivity issues

Software or system concerns

Basic troubleshooting

Don't worry—you don't have to know everything before you start! Companies provide training to help you understand the products, systems, and troubleshooting process.

Tech graduates and tech-savvy candidates are especially encouraged to apply!

18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE

At least SHS Graduate

Proficient in English Communication

NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

TECH GRADUATES / TECH-SAVVY CANDIDATES are encouraged to apply!

Experienced Salespeople with strong communication and persuasion skills are also welcome!

Your previous experience doesn't have to be BPO.

If you've worked in Sales, Retail, Customer Service, or another customer-facing role, your experience could help you during the hiring process.
