Join our growing Client Services Team and provide exceptional support to clients while building a rewarding career in the financial services industry.
Role Overview • Handle client inquiries related to financial products and services • Assist with mutual funds, segregated funds, and other investment-related concerns • Resolve complex client issues while delivering outstanding customer service • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company standards
Qualifications • Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, and College Graduates • Must have at least 2 years of Call Center/BPO experience • Experience supporting Financial Services accounts and handling Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds, or similar financial products is an advantage • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Willing to work 100% onsite on a fixed night shift schedule
What We Offer ₱22,000–₱27,000 (2 years BPO experience – any account) ₱27,000–₱32,000 (2 years BPO Financial Account or Wealth Asset Management experience) Career growth opportunities Competitive employee benefits
