We are currently looking for motivated, customer-focused, and career-driven individuals to join our Healthcare Account Team. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants seeking a stable and rewarding career in the BPO industry while working in a professional healthcare support environment.

Basic Salary:
PHP 26,000 – PHP 30,000
Work Setup & Schedule:
• Work Onsite
• Shifting Schedule
Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 years in College, OR
• Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months Healthcare BPO Experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with healthcare-related concerns and account inquiries
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, benefits, and account details
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality standards
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate resolution of customer concerns
