Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, products, and services • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently • Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting quality standards
Qualifications • Expro 2–4 • BPO experience in an International Voice Account • Good communication skills • Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
