Role Overview • Handle payroll-related inquiries through voice and chat support • Assist customers with payroll concerns and account-related requests • Deliver accurate, timely, and professional customer service

Qualifications • At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum) • 1 year of BPO experience with at least 6 months of chat experience OR 1 year of payroll experience • Good to excellent communication skills • Willing to work onsite
