Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to financial software products and services • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) • Minimum of 6 months BPO/Call Center experience • Must have a ready-to-submit diploma • Certificate(s) of Employment (COEs) must be available upon selection
