QUALIFICATIONS

Completed at least 2 years in college
High School and Senior High School graduates are not eligible
At least 1 year of BPO voice experience — required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
