We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow AppEngine, application development, and system integrations to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, building custom applications, workflows, and integrations while ensuring platform performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build complex workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, and custom applications using ServiceNow AppEngine.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
Organize and enhance knowledge bases, taxonomies, record producers, and self-service portals.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, release management, testing, and deployment activities.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, deployment, and security documentation.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, platform optimization, and compliance with ITIL and organizational standards.
Work Schedule
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x/week Onsite) – ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig
Start Date: ASAP
