We’re hiring an experienced Operations Lead with strong TSYS, SQL, Unix/Linux, and production support expertise to lead critical technical operations and L2 support in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City (Onsite)
Schedule: Shifting
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do

* Act as the primary technical authority for TSYS-related operations and solution reviews
* Lead production support, incident triage, root cause analysis, and technical escalations
* Evaluate system performance, scalability, resilience, and operational readiness
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues
* Drive faster issue resolution and reduce operational risk across critical payment systems
* Lead operational calls and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

* College graduate
* 8-10 years of relevant experience with leadership or lead-level exposure
* Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Unix/Linux
* Experience with TSYS platforms, ISO 8583, production support, and ticket management
* Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace is an advantage
