Job Vacancy: Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Position: Operations Manager

Account: Healthcare

Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may require holiday work

Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (onsite work)

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in handling healthcare accounts in a BPO setting

Proficient in English

Educational background: High School (old curriculum) graduate or higher

Residing in Manila or nearby provinces, available for immediate online/onsite assessment and interview

Target Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage operations for our healthcare account

Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and adherence to industry standards

Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and efficiency

Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions

Maintain a positive and productive work environment
