Job Title: Operations Supervisor (BPO)
Location: TP Silver City (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Manage and coach a team of customer service agents
Monitor performance and drive improvements
Ensure quality, compliance, and client standards are met
Handle operational issues and support team productivity
Requirements:
1–2 years supervisory experience in a contact center
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of KPIs and reporting tools
Willing to work night/rotational shifts
Open to supporting international markets
Note:
Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible
