The Outbound Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and managing the outbound sales team to achieve revenue and business targets. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, monitoring team performance, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales KPIs. The Assistant Manager will develop and implement outbound sales strategies, monitor conversion rates and customer engagement, and identify opportunities to improve sales performance. The role also includes handling escalations, analyzing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that team members follow established processes and quality standards.
