Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead sales operations for a Travel and Hospitality program. The ideal candidate has strong BPO sales, outbound telesales, people management, coaching, and sales performance management experience.

This role is suited for a sales leader who can drive conversion, improve team performance, coach leaders, and implement strategies to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in a high-volume BPO environment.
Drive inbound and outbound sales, conversion, cross-selling, and upselling.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue.
Coach Team Leaders and sales teams on objection handling, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Monitor key sales metrics and create action plans to address performance gaps.
Implement short-term initiatives and course corrections to improve team results.
Manage operational activities within defined business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide sales performance updates and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve daily sales processes and team performance.

Qualifications

5-8 years of BPO Sales experience.
2-3 years of leadership or people management experience, preferably managing Team Leaders, Senior Team Leaders, or Assistant Managers.
Strong experience in Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Telesales, Sales Coaching, and Operations.
Proven track record of driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, conversion strategies, objection handling, coaching, and action planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Dynamic, proactive, energetic, and confident when engaging with teams and clients.
Experience in Travel & Hospitality, hotels, cruise lines, or related industries is preferred.
Available to start ASAP.
Willing to work onsite in MOA on a graveyard shift.
