P2P Team Lead - Accounts Payable - 6+ Years Exp

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Procure-to-Pay Lead to lead our Accounts Payable operations. This role requires strong leadership, AP expertise, and experience managing teams in a BPO / Shared Services setup.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable operations

- Oversee Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) and ensure data accuracy and compliance

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists

- Drive performance, meet SLAs, and ensure high-quality service delivery

- Collaborate with customers, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

- Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and transformation initiatives

- Support operational transitions and service stabilization

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a People Management / Team Lead role

- Strong background in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD)

- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment

- Proven experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams

- Experience working directly with customers and client stakeholders

- Background in operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation is a plus
