Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations, with a focus on safety case processing and accurate handling of safety information. The ideal candidate should have a Pharmacy or Nursing background and relevant experience working with pharmacovigilance safety databases.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage pharmacovigilance safety cases accurately and within required timelines.
Review and assess safety case information received from various sources.
Enter, update, and maintain safety case information in pharmacovigilance safety databases.
Ensure case information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Perform case processing activities in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and support appropriate follow-up where required.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to safety cases.
Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve case-related issues and ensure timely processing.
Follow applicable pharmacovigilance processes, procedures, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding case processing activities.

Required Qualifications

Pharmacy graduates are required; candidates may apply with or without an active professional license.
Nursing graduates may also be considered.
1–2 years of experience in safety case processing within Pharmacovigilance.
Experience working with pharmacovigilance safety databases such as:
- Veeva Safety Database
- Argus
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work onsite during training and follow the required hybrid setup after moving to production.
