PHRN / USRN Medical Coders (Work-From-Home)

Job Overview

We are seeking 4 qualified PHRN or USRN Medical Coders to join our team in a 100% Work-From-Home setup attached to our MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu sites.

Work Setup: 100% Work-From-Home (WFH)
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Headcount: 4 Openings
Target Start Date: August 24
Compensation Package:
- Basic Salary: ₱59,175
- Coding Allowance: ₱20,000
- Total Monthly Package: ₱79,175
- Sign-On Bonus: ₱100,000

Qualifications & Requirements

Licenses & Certifications:
- Active PRC License (Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse - PHRN) or USRN License
- Active CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Certificate
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Medical Coding experience
- Minimum 3 years of bedside/hospital clinical nursing experience
Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS medical coding systems
Eligibility Restriction:
- Must not be a former or current employee of EXL
