WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting

SALARY: ₱30,000 Basic Pay + ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance = ₱31,000 Package
TARGET START DATE: November 9, 2026

Role Overview

We are seeking a PHRN Clinical Analyst to join our non-voice clinical operations team. You will review medical documentation, perform clinical assessments, and support healthcare processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation


Perform clinical assessments and determinations


Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client guidelines


Document findings accurately and in a timely manner


Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams


Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets


Qualifications

PH Registered Nurse with active license – valid within 6 months upon application – required


1 year of bedside/hospital or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse (not obtained through training or internship) – required


Must have a valid Certificate of Employment – required


Should not be a former or current employee of the client – required
