Job Overview

We are hiring Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) for the position of Clinical Analyst – Non-Voice. The role is suited for licensed nurses with at least one year of hands-on bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

Successful candidates will apply their clinical knowledge in a non-voice healthcare operations environment, supporting accurate clinical information review, documentation, and healthcare-related processes. Candidates must hold an active Philippine nursing license and have valid employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply nursing knowledge and clinical judgment to healthcare-related non-voice processes.

• Review and interpret clinical information and healthcare documentation accurately.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical records and related data.

• Follow established clinical guidelines, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.

• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and documentation issues for appropriate resolution.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy and data-protection requirements.

• Meet productivity, accuracy, turnaround-time, and quality targets.

• Escalate complex cases and clinical documentation concerns according to established procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and accurate healthcare operations.

• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to process-specific compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active nursing license.

• Nursing license must remain valid for at least six months from the date of application.

• Minimum of one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

• Clinical experience must be actual employment experience and must not be based solely on training or internship.

• Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from a recent employer.

• Must not be a current or former employee of the client.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

• Must be amenable to a shifting work schedule.

• Must have good communication, analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• PHP 30,000 basic salary
