NON-VOICE • ₱47,000 MAX • HYBRID AFTER TRAINING

A specialized back-office healthcare opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses with a background in grievance handling and case appeals.

Target Start Date: October 13, 2026

Up to ₱47,000 total, including license allowance

Night Shift

Training: 100% Onsite

Production: 2x a week onsite

THIS ROLE REQUIRES SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS:

Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license

At least 1 year of Grievance & Case Appeals experience

Back-office / Non-Voice experience

Willing to work a night-shift schedule

Willing to complete full onsite training

Willing to work onsite 2x per week once in production

IMPORTANT:

This is not a general PHRN opening.

The key requirement is at least 1 year of relevant Grievance & Case Appeals experience. Candidates without this specific background may not meet the requirements for the role.

WHAT KIND OF WORK IS INVOLVED?

This is a non-voice/back-office healthcare position focused on reviewing and processing healthcare-related grievances and case appeals.

The role requires strong attention to detail, clinical understanding, documentation skills, and the ability to review cases according to established healthcare guidelines and processes.

Your professional nursing knowledge will be important when reviewing and handling complex healthcare cases.
