Job Description

We are looking for experienced PHRN Medical Coders with strong expertise in medical coding and healthcare documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience with ICD-10, CPT, or HCPCS coding systems and hold active professional certifications. This role offers a hybrid work setup based in MOA, Pasay.

Key Responsibilities

Assign accurate medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Review medical records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy and compliance.
Ensure coding quality while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
Work with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries and documentation issues.
Follow healthcare coding guidelines and organizational policies.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills

Strong experience in ICD-10, CPT, and/or HCPCS Medical Coding.
Medical coding experience of 2–3 years.
Active CPC or CPMA Certification (Mandatory).
Active PRC License (Mandatory).
Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC License.
2–3 years of medical coding experience.
Clinical experience is preferred.
Bill Review experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Important Notes

Hybrid work setup in MOA, Pasay.
Night shift schedule.
