PHRN Medical Coder

Location: Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Are you a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with a passion for medical coding? We're looking for detail-oriented and highly skilled professionals to join our healthcare operations team. Key Responsibilities

Review and accurately assign medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

Ensure coding accuracy while complying with healthcare regulations and coding standards.

Maintain high productivity and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to support claims processing and coding accuracy.

Keep current with coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.

Perform other coding-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Active PRC License (Registered Nurse).

Active CPC or CPMA Certification is required.

2–3 years of Medical Coding experience.

Strong working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

Clinical experience of at least 2 years is preferred but not mandatory.

Bill Review experience is an advantage but not required.

Willing to work Night Shift on a Hybrid work arrangement in MOA, Pasay City.
