PHRN / USRN Clinical Disability Claims Specialist | Work From Home | Philippines

We are looking for licensed PHRN or USRN professionals to join our growing Healthcare Operations team as Clinical Disability Claims Specialists. This permanent Work From Home opportunity is ideal for nurses with experience in Short-Term Disability (STD) or Long-Term Disability (LTD) Claims who want to transition into a rewarding non-bedside clinical role.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims.
Evaluate medical records and clinical documentation.
Perform clinical assessments to support disability claim decisions.
Ensure claims are processed accurately and within service level agreements.
Maintain complete and accurate case documentation.
Collaborate with internal healthcare teams when required.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
Deliver high-quality clinical decision support and claims management.

Required Qualifications

Active PHRN or USRN license (Mandatory)
Experience in Clinical Disability Claims (STD/LTD) preferred.
Hospital bedside experience is welcome but not mandatory.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Comfortable working remotely in a Work From Home setup.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
