PHRN / USRN – Clinical Disability Claims Specialist (Work From Home)

Job Overview

We are looking for licensed PHRNs or USRNs with extensive clinical background and expertise in Clinical Disability Claims to join project AMERON. In this role, you will perform Clinical Case Reviews for private or commercial insurance accounts in a full remote setup nationwide.

Compensation Package

A2 Level:
- Basic Pay: ₱60,700 – ₱66,800 / month
- Complexity Allowance: ₱3,000 / month
- Standard Allowance: ₱2,675 / month
B1 Level:
- Basic Pay: ₱73,200 – ₱85,700 / month
- Complexity Allowance: ₱3,000 / month
- Standard Allowance: ₱2,675 / month

Qualifications

License: Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) or US Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
Bedside Experience: Minimum 3 years of hospital bedside experience (specifically handling Intensive Care / ICU).
Claims Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Clinical Disability Claims, with a focus on Short-Term Disability (STD) or Long-Term Disability (LTD).
Account Background: Hands-on experience in private or commercial insurance (Clinical Case Review).
- Note: Candidates with government insurance experience only (e.g., VA / Veterans accounts) are not eligible.
Client Eligibility: Must not be a former or current employee of the client company.

Target Source Companies: Candidates with background from Genpact, Optum, VXI, Accenture, or similar healthcare/BPO organizations are highly encouraged to apply.
