Role Overview:

We are seeking licensed PHRN or USRN Coders with strong medical coding experience to join our healthcare team. You will review medical records, assign accurate ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes, and ensure compliance with coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation.
Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.
Document coding findings accurately in the system.

Qualifications:

Active PHRN or USRN license – required.
Active CPC Certificate – required.
Active PRC License – required.
2–3 years coding experience – required.
3 years clinical experience – required.
Strong experience in ICD/CPT/HCPCS Medical Coding Systems.
Amenable to Work From Home setup with shifting schedules.
Willing to work onsite in MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu if needed.
