Job Title: USRN/PHRN Team Leader

Shift: Night Shift

Work Arrangement: On-site (Bridgetowne, Quezon City)

Salary Range: ₱70,000 – ₱120,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

Target Start Date: December 31, 2025 or ASAP

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a current, valid PHRN or USRN license

At least 1 year of hands-on experience using InterQual criteria

Minimum 2 years of acute care bedside experience in an ER or ICU setting

Proven experience in utilization management with a US-based insurance company, hospital, or equivalent organization

At least 1 year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in a similar healthcare support environment (candidates with exposure to related functions in comparable roles will also be considered)

Background in a hospital, clinical environment, or contact center setting

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong attention to detail with solid case documentation practices

Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet regulatory deadlines under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Solid clinical knowledge, especially in medical necessity reviews and clinical documentation interpretation

Good understanding of healthcare insurance processes, including appeals, grievances, and utilization management (preferred)

Willing to work on-site with flexible scheduling, including US business hours and holidays

Must not be a current or former Concentrix employee
