Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Analyst to support IT Portfolio Governance, Performance Management, and Data Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, portfolio reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve portfolio visibility, governance, and strategic alignment through insightful analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support portfolio governance, planning, and performance management across IT Operations and Foundation initiatives.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with portfolio management standards and governance policies.
Assist in prioritizing initiatives based on business strategy and resource capacity.
Coordinate portfolio review meetings and support strategic portfolio planning.
Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
Build, maintain, and validate datasets using Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and other reporting tools.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to provide portfolio performance insights.
Perform data quality checks and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple systems.
Track project dependencies and proactively identify risks using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Product Leaders, Epic Owners, and EPMO teams to improve portfolio transparency.
Provide guidance on reporting standards, portfolio analytics, and data governance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, portfolio metrics, and analytics.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, Project Governance, or Data Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience analyzing large datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional, global environment.
Knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, data modeling, or financial portfolio reporting is an advantage.
Experience supporting executive-level reporting is preferred.

Eligibility

Must be willing to work a Hybrid setup (2 Days WFH / 3 Days WFO) in Quezon City.
Must be willing to work Night Shift.
