Job Title: Production Agent – Banking Process

Location: Eton, Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Salary: Up to 20% hike from last-drawn salary, plus ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience
Joining Bonus: ₱40,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Production Agent with 1–2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services processes. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, assertive communication, and the ability to support international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to banking and financial services.

• Resolve customer queries and concerns through telephony channels.

• Support banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related financial account processes.

• Apply problem-solving skills to investigate issues and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers.

• Follow established procedures and customer service standards.

• Maintain accurate customer information and transaction-related records.

• Ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to process requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: At least high school graduate under the old curriculum, senior high school graduate, second-year college completed, or college graduate.

• Experience: 1–2 years in US or UK banking and telephony.

• Prior experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services accounts is required.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong, assertive communication skills.

• Understanding of customer service operations.

• Comfortable interacting with international customers.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton, Quezon City.

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to 20% salary increase over last-drawn salary, depending on experience.

• ₱2,400 allowance.

• ₱40,000 joining bonus.

• Maximum acceptable salary expectation: ₱50,000.
