JOB TITLE: Python – AI/ML Developer

Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)

Work Shift: Shifting schedule (depends on client and project)

Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – 150,000 (Confidential)

Final offer will depend on the client and project assignment.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, data-driven solutions that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong Python expertise and hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and scalable backend applications

Develop AI/ML frameworks to support automated and intelligent business processes

Build and deploy robust APIs and services for AI/ML solutions

Integrate server-side logic with data pipelines and front-end components

Write clean, reusable, efficient, and testable Python code

Implement effective data storage and retrieval strategies

Contribute to data platform and ML architecture design

Collaborate closely with Integration and Data Architects on system and data model alignment

Ensure application performance, security, and reliability across platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development

Strong proficiency in Python (core language and libraries)

Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases

Proficient in version control systems (Git, Mercurial, SVN)

Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python

Experience with user authentication and multi-system integration

Ability to design database schemas that support business processes

Understanding of Python threading and multiprocessing

Familiarity with server-side templating (Jinja2, Mako)

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)

Strong debugging, unit testing, and optimization skills

Awareness of security and accessibility best practices

Experience optimizing applications across desktop and mobile platforms

AI / ML Requirements

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including:

Prompt engineering

Fine-tuning

Deployment

Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural networks

Experience building cloud-based AI solutions and integrating with AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus

Other Requirements

Open to applicants currently residing in the Philippines with the legal right to work

Must not have an active or recent application with Accenture

Must be amenable to onsite work in Cebu
